  masturbation isn't directly mentioned in the bible but neither is smoking.

  many of the reasons given for disfellowshipping smokers seem to also apply to masturbation: a form of uncleanness, a defilement of the flesh, letting an addictive thing become king over us, a form of covetousness.. why are occasional, habitual smokers disfellowshipped and shunned, yet chronic masturbators, of which the organisation is of course replete, do not even get a slap on the wrist (excuse the pun)?.

  What the consumption of alcohol spirits is not. I happen to know many a jws provoking the spirits with this product.

  The most exciting thing to happen in the sisters john at my old hall was one sister accusing another sister of giving her husband (the first sisters) a BJ.

  It was true, she had. This poor sister had a Monica Lowinski thing going on, that bro wasn't the last bro she laid lips on.

  One of the Governing Body had a stroke yesterday

  on may 19th, theodore jaracz had a stroke.

  he's in very serious condition in the hospital.. that's all the information i have for now.. barb.

  This situation carries its own ironies since he denounced and demeaned people pursuing advanced education and the people that

  are now keeping him alive probably spent 10 years in medical school to be capable of doing just that.

  And why is masturbation considered an act of self abuse if it offers a person happiness, calms and relieves

  sexual tension. Rather it s ounds to me it should be a categorized as self help to improve psychical and emotional health and happiness.

  Interesting nevertheless, you would think in a country like the States with a strongly used

  Amendment, that they wouldn't have a problem there. It would be totally different of course though lets say if the home was

  being solely used for the purpose of religious meetings. What if lets say a family or person was to have a party once a week

  at his home, would that then call for a special permit to carry on that activity ?

  Probably the two witness rule, most people do not masturbate in public.

  Really I'm not kidding and whose to know how many times a person is masturbating unless he or she goes to an elder

  and confesses they are addicted to this habit. I think masturbation gets a light hand ( pun intended ) by the organization

  because most and many of the GB members did so so in their youths and older when they were single.

  Does anyone think there was ever a GB member that didn't pull his pud once in awhile ?

  Interesting member and masturbation are synonymous with one and another !

  Maybe thats why they are so lustful for power and growth !

  Class action suit for pain, suffering & discrimination

  i am very interested in filing a class action law suit against the society for pain, suffering and outright discrimination.

  i know that my situation is not unique one and i have several people who are interested in joining this suit.

  i have contacted a lawyer in hopes to get the ball rolling.

  In my opinion the JWS directly running on their own laws by design have broken the law regarding a persons liberties for freedom of choice of religion, inciting pain, suffering and discrimination.

  I think you missed my point Jack, what I was referring to is how the JWS act and treat individuals if they choose to leave and go to another religion.

  Publicly announcing that a certain individual is not one of the JWS any longer and making it clear that anyone who wants

  to remain in good standing with this organization is to not associate with this individual, is inciting discrimination against that individual who is making a

  different religious choice. The legal definition of discrimination also includes the choice of religion along with race and sexual identity .
